Physical Therapy is covered by most commercial Insurances.
What if my Insurance is not listed above?
We can still see you as out of network. Some insurances offer great out of network coverage. We will be more than happy to check your out of network eligibility and benefits. Call us and provide your insurance information.
Do you accept cash pay customer?
Yes, we do. We provide very competitive rates if you are paying out of pocket.
We are offering initial Physical Therapy evaluation for $150 and follow up visits for $120. Call us to schedule your next appointment.
How much would my out of pocket be with my Insurance?
Your out of pocket depends on benefits on your insurance. It could be co-pay or co-insurances. We can check your eligibility and benefits before you come for your visit, so you know how much you have to pay before you visit.
Do I need a Doctor's referral for me insurance to cover Physical Therapy?
In fact, most commercial insurances do NOT require a Doctor's referral. If you don't have a Dr. referral and would still like to seek Physical Therapy, give us a call and we will be happy to check with your insurance.
